Job Description

Intellisearch Group is a Singapore-based HR staffing and search agency specialising in mid-to-senior positions for MNCs in Singapore. Due to expansion plans, we're looking to hire like-minded individuals who are passionate about meeting people, helping them get into their desired career, and at the same time monetise these activities. You'll be given opportunity to work with our senior recruiters, as well as go through our own, internally-developed training program.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities includes ensuring happy clients through constant and effective communication and managing your team well. Candidates should be passionate about creating consistent positive impact, especially in a small business setup where happy people work together. It's not just a job!

Your job is to:
  • Managing a teams and act as the main point of contact with clients
  • Chair Weekly and Monthly meetings on sales progress and forecast
  • Work with higher management on business strategies and execution plans
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with business development personnel
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand into new territories
  • Render high level of services to the clients and ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and train internal colleagues resulting in high job competencies
  • Solve problems as they arise, and act to prevent/mitigate potential problems
  • Provide after-sales follow up with both clients and candidates to gather quality survey

You're likely to be successful if you have:
  • 2 - 4 year in Account Management/Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead role or B2B sales environment
  • Excellent communication (in spoken and written languages), interpersonal and decision-making skills with ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • A humble and people-person who excels in own work, willing to develop junior colleagues
  • Detail-oriented
  • No minimum qualification required
