Early Childhood Relief Teacher (RT) program
On the back of the situation where there has been a high demand for qualified Early Childhood staff, Intellisearch has embarked on a journey to help operators alleviate this problem by launching the relief staff scheme for Teacher Assistants. This program helps operation leaders reduce some work stress by supplying them with a suitable staff almost instantaneously.
On the success of this program, Intellisearch has officially launched the Relief Teacher (RT) program focusing to provide operators with fully qualified and trained teachers to stand-in for ad-hoc staff absence to planned 4-month maternity leaves.
Our pilot trial with 10 DPT relief teachers in 2016 has proven to be popular with many operators. Hence, we have created an extra 15 vacancies for ad-hoc Relief Teacher roles for teachers who demands for flexible working arrangements or do not prefer to work with an employer for an extended period of time.
Our relief staff program is welcomed among early childhood professionals, some are mothers themselves who enjoys time-off with their children. It allows them to choose their own work hours, set their own hourly rates, less of admin chores and so on.
